Delete your Doc4Baby account
You can delete your account directly inside the Doc4Baby mobile app (Profile → Delete account), or submit this request form.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- What is deleted: Your profile, your children's profiles, health records, growth logs, reminders, attachments, care team access, and active devices.
- What may be kept: Payment and transaction records required by law for the period specified in our Privacy Policy.
- Verification: Our support team will contact you on your registered phone number to confirm your identity, after which your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
